ClubRec memberships are a great way for families, friends and businesses who are looking to rent multiple items throughout the year. ClubRec memberships will save you money on retail items and rentals. Our memberships give you security and priority in knowing you will get the best and newest equipment that we have to offer. Our Goal is to give you the best experience without the hassle of owning your own equipment, let us do everything for you. Reservation policy: To reserve a piece of equipment ClubRec must receive 50% of the total cost of your rental this deposit is put towards the cost of your rental and is a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 72hrs of the rental we will charge you for the full amount of the rental. ClubRec will offer a Rain check for the rest of the season in extreme cases of weather. ClubRec defines extreme weather as Thunder & lighting during time of reservation not before or after reservation, or extreme amounts of Snowfall that have made the roads impassable to four wheel drive vehicles to access our location. (We can Snowmobile in all types of winter weather conditions.) There will be NO REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS given for any other weather or personal related issues, NO EXCEPTIONS.
